This position earns a competitive salary of $50,000-$65,000 per year and has access to benefits after 90 days of employment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
• Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
• Clean driving record
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
• The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
