Columbus Worthington Air is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers to join our team through ARS partnership. Earn potential pay ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year based on performance while delivering top-tier residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
The role offers full-time, year-round installation work with ongoing training, strong leadership support, and access to professional tools.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper.
- Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
- Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
- Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
- Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience.
- Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
