Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in central Ohio. You will remove old systems, install new equipment, and lead installations with a helper, delivering safe, quality work for homeowners.

Earn $60,000 to $100,000 per year based on performance, with full-time year-round work, benefits after 31 days, and a take-home vehicle plus gas card. Previous HVAC experience and EPA certification (or willingness) are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
