Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with American Residential Services, is seeking Residential HVAC Installers. Earn $60,000-$100,000 per year based on performance while joining the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

We offer full-time, year-round HVAC installation work with sign-on bonus up to $3,000 for eligible candidates. Comprehensive benefits include low-cost medical insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Leading HVAC installs with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience.
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
