Job summary

Fox Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced installer to lead residential HVAC projects in Treasure Valley, Idaho. Fox Heating & Cooling is a locally owned, family-operated company looking for an experienced installer to lead residential projects and mentor apprentices. Our owners are involved, your ideas are heard, and your work helps keep Treasure Valley families comfortable.

What You Will Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.

What You Bring

• Idaho HVAC Journeyman License or HVAC Apprentice with 2,000+ hours logged; EPA certification required.

Pre-Employment Requirements

To help ensure customer peace of mind, all candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.

Sign-on bonus: Fifty percent ($1,000) will be paid upon successful completion of the probationary period. The remaining $1,000 will be paid in equal installments over the following 12 months, contingent upon continued employment and satisfactory performance in accordance with company standards. Employees who leave before completing this period or fail to maintain these standards will not be eligible for any unpaid portion of the bonus.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
