Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to run installation projects across the Phoenix metro area. You will install and change out HVAC systems, commission, organize jobs, and communicate with homeowners while keeping clean sites.

We offer a take-home van, tools program, uniforms, company iPhone and iPad, paid training including NATE, and year-round local work with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification.
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices.

Hourly Pay + Spiffs and Bonuses - Potential annual earning $95,000 - $100,000 a year

We're hiring a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to run installation projects across the Phoenix metro area.

Overview: Responsibilities include HVAC system installation and changeouts, commissioning, job organization, communicating with homeowners, and maintaining clean job sites.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday - No Weekends - Overtime Available

You should be comfortable leading jobs and installing:

• Residential AC systems
• Heat pumps
• Furnaces
• Duct modifications
• Indoor air quality accessories

Requirements:
