Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Supervisor, Field Ops – Residential to lead and develop the residential fiber install and service teams. You will partner with dispatch, construction, engineering, and customer experience to ensure safe, high-quality FTTH work and timely issue resolution.

You will coach technicians, monitor performance, and drive safety and customer satisfaction while aligning with our values and growth plans in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical cert preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in residential telecommunications or FTTH field operations.
• 1–3 years in lead, supervisor, or team-lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of fiber installation, troubleshooting, and FTTH concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support residential field technicians and contractors delivering FTTH services.
• Oversee daily installation, service, and ticket activity for timely, quality outcomes.
• Monitor productivity, dispatch efficiency, and service levels; escalate as needed.
• Drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across field operations.
