Zen Shade is seeking a Licensed Contractor to lead residential field operations in Honolulu. The role focuses on expanding the installation arm, overseeing planning, permitting, and project delivery for high-end exterior shade products.

You will mentor installation technicians, manage new projects, and ensure quality control to meet timelines. The ideal candidate has relevant licenses and a drive to scale field operations within a growing exteriors company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in residential exteriors or landscaping.
• Valid BC License or C-44b License.
• Spanish language fluency preferred.
• Own a work truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and permitting to ensure project execution.
• Lead and supervise field installations of high-end residential exterior shade products.
• Guide experienced installation technicians on job sites.
• Book and coordinate new installation projects to scale field operations.
• Maintain high quality control on all residential installations.
• Serve as primary field contact to ensure client satisfaction and timelines.
