Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a Lead Residential Electrician to oversee and perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work. The ideal candidate has strong residential experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will lead projects, supervise apprentices, read blueprints, and ensure NEC and local codes are followed. A Texas Journeyman license, a valid driver's license, and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4
• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety practices
• Valid driver''s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas; stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools for extended periods
• License Required: Yes
