Job summary

Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC in California seeks an experienced Electrical Manager to lead electrical operations, including service, installation, and team performance. You will manage electricians, ensure code compliance, and drive productivity to deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of electrical experience, at least 3 in leadership, a valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and proficiency with ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Residential electrical service experience preferred.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License as required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with field service management software such as ServiceTitan.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain HIS license per CSLB if applicable.
• Background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians and apprentices, including performance coaching.
• Oversee service calls and installation projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety standards.
• Perform site inspections and quality control.
• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams on job scope and bids.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor costs and productivity across the department.
