Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Coordinator in Saint Charles, MO to lead daily residential operations within Recovery Services. The role focuses on guiding a team of technicians, maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents, and ensuring compliant care delivery.

The candidate will mentor staff, participate in scheduling, and support medication management procedures while aligning with CARF/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field is required.
• High school diploma with 2+ years in substance abuse or mental health, with 1+ year supervisory experience, is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Support daily residential operations to ensure a safe, structured environment for residents.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and residential staff.
• Onboard and train new staff, including orientation to program expectations and client rights.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage per program standards.
• Contribute to treatment team meetings and maintain documentation.
