You’ll be the primary on-site point of contact, supervise crews and subs, and collaborate with project managers to keep schedules tight.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience and ability to read drawings.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving.
• Valid driver's license and professional client-facing approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations, including crew supervision and subcontractor coordination.
• Perform hands-on carpentry as needed while ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and material coordination.
• Serve as main on-site contact for clients, architects, designers, and inspectors.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and documentation to support on-time, on-budget completion.
