Job summary

Sacred Oak Homes is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee projects across Berkshire County. You will lead day-to-day site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high craftsmanship.

You will work closely with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and materials coordination, while serving as the primary on-site contact for clients and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry background with residential construction experience.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations, supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform hands-on carpentry as needed while maintaining high craftsmanship, site cleanliness, and safety.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and materials coordination.
• Serve as main on-site contact for clients, architects, designers, and inspectors, and communicate progress and changes clearly.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and documentation to support on-time, on-budget project completion.
