Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities on residential projects with the Project Manager.
• Support scheduling of subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and milestones.
• Track progress against schedule and scope; flag issues early.
• Maintain organized project documentation (plans, change orders, POs).
• Communicate updates and decisions with clients, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and team.
