GreenTech Homes in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced residential construction Project Manager or Superintendent to lead and deliver high-quality home builds. This role focuses on scheduling, quality control, and strong field leadership across multiple homes in a growing Southeast market.

You will manage trade partners, budgets, and customer relationships while guiding teams through start-to-finish construction.

Qualifications

2+ years of management experience.
2+ years of new construction project management experience.
Production homebuilding experience preferred.
Based in Chattanooga, TN or willing to relocate.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage schedules, trades, budgets, and multiple homes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and drive construction schedules from start to completion.
Walk homes daily for quality control and ensure standards are met.
Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites and communities.
Hold trade partners accountable to scopes of work, schedules, and quality expectations.
Manage construction budgets, review purchase orders, and address material needs proactively.
Maintain professional, courteous relationships with homeowners throughout the building process.
Participate in project management meetings and collaborate with construction and operations teams.
