Job summary

Clark Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Chattanooga, TN. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with clients, team members, and partners, and drive projects from initiation through closeout.

You will ensure delivery on time and within budget while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will assist Business Development in identifying and pursuing efforts in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills with a track record of implementing effective procedures and workflows.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with superintendents and the management team to allocate personnel and materials.
• Establish and continuously adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment and accountability.
