Job summary

GreenTech Homes in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced residential construction Project Manager or Superintendent to lead and deliver high-quality home builds. This role focuses on scheduling, quality control, and strong field leadership across multiple homes in a growing Southeast market.

You will manage trade partners, budgets, and customer relationships while guiding teams through start-to-finish construction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of new construction project management experience.
• Production homebuilding experience preferred.
• Based in Chattanooga, TN or willing to relocate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage schedules, trades, budgets, and multiple homes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and drive construction schedules from start to completion.
• Walk homes daily for quality control and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites and communities.
• Hold trade partners accountable to scopes of work, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Manage construction budgets, review purchase orders, and address material needs proactively.
• Maintain professional, courteous relationships with homeowners throughout the building process.
• Participate in project management meetings and collaborate with construction and operations teams.

What You’ll Own:

• Scheduling – Create, manage, and drive construction schedules from start to completion
• Quality Control – Walk homes daily, review plans, identify issues, and ensure our standards are met
• Jobsite & Community Management – Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites and communities
• Trade Management – Hold trade partners accountable to scopes of work, schedules, and quality expectations
• Budget & Materials – Manage construction budgets, review POs, and proactively address material needs
• Customer Experience – Maintain professional, courteous relationships with homeowners throughout the building process
• Team Leadership – Participate in project management meetings and work closely with our construction and operations teams

What We’re Looking For:
