You will manage trade partners, monitor costs, and drive continuous improvement across projects while maintaining compliance and communication with homeowners and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.
• Proven ability to manage trade partners, subcontractors, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and trade partners to streamline procurement.
• Oversee trade partner coordination, ensuring precise delivery and placement of materials on-site.
• Adjust project schedules daily based on actual work completion to keep builds on track.
• Review and approve purchase orders and payments to suppliers and independent contractors weekly.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between blueprints and as-built construction promptly.
• Analyze costs versus estimates and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate warranty service and communicate with homeowners per market.
• Inspect materials on delivery and during installation to uphold quality standards.
