Job summary

NEPA Builders, INC. in Blakely, PA, is searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will manage client communications, scheduling, budgets, and quality control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to NEPA Builders' standards. Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, with deep knowledge of residential construction.
• 4+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven history of delivering residential projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential projects: pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
• Lead clients through a professional, organized building experience.
• Ensure profitability, quality standards, and code compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to hit milestones.
• Direct and support carpenters, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Facilitate project meetings with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Anticipate issues, identify risks, and proactively solve problems.
• Track and report financial aspects of projects, including costs and billings.
• Lead procurement from subcontractor selection to contract management.
• Support team through coaching and professional development; maintain safe worksites and professional client interactions.
