NEPA Builders, Inc. is a residential construction and remodeling company based in Blakely, PA, serving homeowners across Northeast Pennsylvania.

We are hiring a Project Consultant to own the front-end of our residential projects—from first conversation to signed contract and handoff to production. You will work with qualified inbound leads through a structured consultative process, collaborating with estimating and production to ensure projects are sold correctly and set up for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or remodeling.
• Experience in consultative, relationship-based sales.
• High ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead homeowners through a structured sales process from initial inquiry to signed agreement.
• Conduct in-home and office consultations to clarify scope, design direction, timeline and investment.
• Develop and present clear project proposals aligned with build process and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimating and production to ensure profitable sales and smooth handoff.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities with strong organization and timely follow-up.
