Job description

NEPA Builders, INC.
Project Manager

Project Manager Residential Construction

Location: Blakely, PA (projects across Northeast PA)

Build Great Projects - Work Locally - Spend More Time at Home.

You've spent years building your career in construction. You shouldn't have to spend your life on the road to put that experience to work.

Maybe you’re managing projects hours from home, spending nights in hotels, and missing too much time with your family.

Or maybe you own a small construction company and you're tired of being the salesperson, estimator, scheduler, project manager, bookkeeper and sometimes the carpenter all at the same time.

There's Another Option.

NEPA Builders is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who wants to focus on what they do best: leading people and running successful construction projects.

At NEPA Builders, you have a team around you. Sales, estimating, design, office support, field crews, and company leadership work together to deliver high-quality residential projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

You don't have to find the next job. You don't have to wear every hat. And you don't have to travel all over the country to build a successful career in construction.

You’ll get to focus on managing projects, solving problems, leading people, serving clients, and building great homes right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

NEPA Builders is an award-winning residential builder founded in 2012, with a steady pipeline of renovations, additions, and custom homes throughout the region.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking for a long-term career with a strong team and a better quality of life, we'd like to meet you.

We recognize that leadership is a service to others, not a title to hold. We lead with humility and follow others with grace.
