Dream Finders Homes in Florida is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential construction across our St. Johns County and Palm Coast communities. You will ensure quality execution, safety compliance, and on-time delivery while coordinating with sales, trades, and suppliers.

The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and builder performance, with regular site visits and cross-functional collaboration to maximize home closings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for travel across job sites in St. Johns County and the Palm Coast area.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint & budget management: manage blueprints and budget variances.
• Purchasing & trade coordination with local suppliers and trades.
• Builder partnership & oversight ensuring quality at every phase.
• Coordinate loading, start timing, and build pace with builders.
• Facilitate communication with sales teams to streamline orders and closings.
• Lead weekly team meetings and individual planning sessions.
• Review and approve subcontractor purchase orders.
