Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee newly constructed residential homes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring blueprints, takeoffs, budgets, and safety guidelines are accurate while meeting tight deadlines.

You will coordinate with purchasing to resolve supply/trade issues, supervise staff, coordinate builder loading and pacing, and monitor communications with sales orders to maximize closings and customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of building codes
• Experience in residential home building
• Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of blueprints, takeoffs and manage variance to budgets.
• Coordinate supply/trade issues with purchasing department.
• Maintain builder standards and supervise staff performance.
• Coordinate builder loading, start timing and pace; monitor communication with sales orders.
• Review/approve sub-contractor purchase orders and conduct weekly planning meetings
