University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks an Assistant Director of Residential Conduct and Care to manage the housing conduct system, support care case management, and lead the conduct committee. You will supervise staff and coordinate with the Dean of Students and Office of Student Conduct to support diverse student populations.

The role requires a post‑secondary degree with relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred, and a commitment to inclusive student services.

Formación

• Relevant post‑Baccalaureate degree required; comparable experience accepted.
• Experience using assessment results to improve programs.
• Non-clinical case management, conduct administration or related database experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Carolina Housing conduct; oversee the conduct process.
• Lead the conduct committee and train hearing officers.
• Liaise with Office of Student Conduct and Dean of Students.
• Supervise 3–4 full‑time staff and ~60 student employees.
• Support care processes and on‑call crisis rotation.
