Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lead Residential Advisor for Exeter Job Corps Academy. You will supervise the dorm, mentor students aged 16-24, and help create a safe, structured living environment that supports retention and success in the Job Corps program.

Responsibilities include dorm checks, staff coaching, and coordinating activities while maintaining strong communication with families and staff. The role requires a high school diploma and relevant program experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience is required.
• A valid in-state driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain safe, respectful dorm living conditions.
• Assist in training and evaluating residential living staff.
• Perform administrative duties for shifts, passes, evaluations, and emergencies.
• Fulfill residential advisor duties to ensure student safety and positive behavior.
• Communicate with families by mail and phone to resolve issues.
