Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed professional engineer in Illinois is preferred.
• 10+ years in multi-discipline construction projects is preferred.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Engineers and other staff on the program.
• Ensure construction aligns with contract documents, specs, codes.
• Oversee contract administration, payments, and change orders.
• Monitor safety protocols and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with operations, police, and stakeholders.
• Maintain QA/QC, inspections, commissioning, and close-out.
