Jaybird Senior Living in Eau Claire is seeking a Lead Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care and lead by example for Resident Assistants. The role may involve hands-on care under the Healthcare Coordinator's direction and CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
• CPR certified within 90 days of employment or ability to obtain.
• Read, write, and comprehend English and stay compliant with health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentor new and existing Resident Assistants.
• Supervise staff including medication administration and onboarding.
• Provide personal care per ISP including bathing, grooming, transfers, and reminders.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Promote engagement, safety, and a welcoming environment.
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies.
