Job summary

Reporting to the Residence Hall Coordinator, the role emphasizes mentorship and safety. Responsibilities include building floor community, coordinating programs, and ensuring adherence to college policies.

Qualifications

• Preferred prior RA experience.
• Must be enrolled as a student at North Central Missouri College.
• Minimum GPA 2.5; freshman 3.0 eligibility.
• Available for two semesters; not on college probation.

Responsibilities

• Build community and relationships on the floor.
• Coordinate duty schedules and on-call duty weekly.
• Assist in opening/closing halls and maintaining rosters.
• Provide health, safety, and policy guidance to residents.
• Train and communicate with RA staff and supervisors.
