• Conduct DNA/RNA isolation, PCR-based assays, and Western blotting.
• Perform flow cytometry and functional assays to evaluate cellular phenotypes and therapeutic responses.
• Contribute to fusion oncoprotein-driven leukemia modeling using in vitro and in vivo approaches.
• Apply proteomics, structural biology, and functional genomics to identify potential therapeutic targets.
• Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data.
