Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience, including one or more years of supervisory experience.
• Security-minded, with experience in policy development and security program management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect sensitive research data and facilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Monitor security incidents and investigations and coordinate response efforts to mitigate risks.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on security best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and security agencies to enhance security posture.
• Prepare and present reports on incidents, risks, and compliance to senior management.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions to improve infrastructure.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to research security.
• Collaborate with IT and research teams to integrate security protocols into processes and technologies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
