Job summary

Parent & Family Wellness Center (PFWC) in Colorado is seeking a Lead Psychiatrist specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health. You will provide psychotropic evaluations and ongoing care for adults across the reproductive lifespan, with emphasis on pregnancy and postpartum, while mentoring clinicians.

The role is flexible: part-time (minimum 1.5 days/week) with potential to grow to full-time, can be fully telehealth or hybrid, with in-person options at our Boulder office.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician able to prescribe in Colorado.
• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.
• Specialized training or meaningful experience in reproductive/perinatal/women’s mental health.
• Comfort providing psychiatric care to pregnant and postpartum adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotropic evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing care for adults across the reproductive lifespan, with focus on pregnancy/postpartum.
• Lead and develop the reproductive/perinatal psychiatry program and train clinicians.
• Serve as rendering provider for pre-licensed clinicians and support clinical documentation.
• Balance direct care with organizational-support work (consultation, training, leadership).
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
