Job summary

Parent & Family Wellness Center (PFWC) seeks a Lead Psychiatrist, Reproductive & Perinatal Mental Health to grow and shape our reproductive psychiatry program. This role blends outpatient care with clinical leadership, training, and rendering-provider responsibilities for pre-licensed clinicians.

The position can be part-time (minimum 1.5 days/week) or move toward full-time, with options for fully telehealth or hybrid work from our Boulder office.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Colorado medical license is required.
• DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotropic evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults across the reproductive lifespan.
• Lead and develop the reproductive and perinatal psychiatry program.
• Consult with clinicians, provide training, and serve as rendering provider for pre-licensed staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care with a trauma-informed, developmentally aware approach.
• Support coordination with therapists and multidisciplinary team.
