Job summary

Parent & Family Wellness Center seeks a Lead Psychiatrist, Reproductive & Perinatal Mental Health to grow our reproductive psychiatry program. The role blends outpatient care with clinical leadership in pregnancy- and postpartum-focused care.

The position offers flexible hours (part-time up to full-time over time), possible telehealth or hybrid work, and opportunities to train clinicians and shape services within a collaborative team in Boulder, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Specialized training/meaningful clinical experience in reproductive/perinatal and/or women's mental health.
• Comfort providing psychiatric care to pregnant and postpartum adults and discussing medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotropic evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults across the reproductive lifespan, focusing on pregnancy/postpartum.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Lead and develop PFWC’s reproductive and perinatal psychiatry program.
• Train clinicians in perinatal psychopharmacology, assessment, and risk management.
• Render notes for pre-licensed clinicians and supervise clinicians in the program.
