Job summary

Loveland Group is seeking a Lead Technician/Attendant to oversee the Rental Shop operations, ensure top-notch guest service and staff leadership. You will train new hires, manage gear and inventory, and support daily shop functions to create a fun, safe experience on the hill.

The role involves coordinating staff, handling equipment check-out/return, and maintaining a clean, efficient rental area with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, and handle staffing concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage technician staff, inventory, and tools for daily operations.
• Assist guests in selecting skis/snowboards based on needs.
• Operate computer with tech bench software.
• Support attendants and cashiers in boot/helmet fittings.
• Assist with equipment returns and shop organization.
• Assist with daily cleaning and with fleet maintenance.
