Job summary

Loveland Ski Area is seeking a Sport Shop- Ski Tech / Sales Associate for the winter season. This full-time, seasonal role requires a minimum of 32 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability; pay starts at $20.50/hr, depending on experience.

Passion for skiing/snowboarding and love of gear talk are essential to share product knowledge and drive sales. Responsibilities include ski tech tasks like mounting, waxing, calibrations, boot fitting, and guiding guests in selecting demos and

Qualifications

• Past ski tech experience is encouraged but not required.
• A passion for skiing or snowboarding.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to push/pull/carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ski techs guide customers on what ski or snowboard to demo and purchase.
• Tech skis: mounting, waxing, calibrations.
• Boot fitting and custom boot fitting.
• Provide a positive experience for guests and employees, with safety and fun as priorities.
