Job summary

The Loveland Rental Shop is hiring a Lead Technician/Attendant to ensure top-notch guest service while overseeing setup, checkout, and returns of rental gear. You will lead technician staff, address staffing concerns, train new hires, and assist the Rental Shop Manager with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include gear maintenance, fitting guests with boots and helmets, and keeping the rental floor organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• On-the-job training for required certifications (e.g., Binding Cert.).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage technician staff, inventory, and tuning supplies for daily operations.
• Assist guests in selecting skis/snowboards based on performance needs.
• Operate computer software for the tech bench.
• Assist attendants and cashiers with boot/helmet fittings and guest service.
• Support equipment returns, shop organization, and daily cleaning.
• Participate in routine fleet maintenance.
