Qualifications

• Ten years of journey-level experience performing a variety of skilled construction or renovation trades.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret project plans.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in occupied spaces.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate skilled renovation, repair, and maintenance work across multiple trades.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and planning support.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule daily work and turnovers to meet operations needs.
• Train and support less experienced employees on methods, safety, and quality.
• Inspect work for safety and quality, and respond to emergencies and after-hours requests.
