Job summary

W.E.B group is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Developer to lead wind and solar projects in New England. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in renewable energy development, strong project management skills, and familiarity with technical components of energy projects.

This role offers full-time employment with competitive salary between $110,000 to $120,000, including bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Flexibility in work location is available; candidates can work out of our Boston office or remotely.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with energy storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage and late-stage development of energy projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams on project design and execution.
• Evaluate new project opportunities and make recommendations.
• Manage interconnection requests with various ISOs and RTOs.
