Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Manager-level to lead reliability data architecture and governance. You will drive enterprise data capabilities, oversee multi-source integration, and guide data pipelines to support regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required.
10 years of data engineering/ETL experience across platforms.
Experience leading development teams.
ML deployment experience preferred.
Strong understanding of data governance and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable data solutions for reliability performance.
Integrate multi-source data to support risk modeling and planning.
Establish standards for data transformation and metadata management.
Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
Partner with business to develop cross-functional system requirements.
