Responsibilities

• Provide Mechanical Engineering & Operational Support for equipment, systems, and processes.
• Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Support reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to implement best practices.
