Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of project planning and execution in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including maintenance and operations.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute major capital projects, delivering on cost, schedule, safety, and performance goals.
• Specify production equipment and partner with vendors to design, procure, install, and commission assets.
• Support capital projects from concept through installation and start-up.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
