Ballston Spa National Bank in the Capital Region is seeking a Lead Relationship Banker to deliver personalized financial guidance and exceptional service across our branch network. You will assist customers with a wide range of banking transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and contribute to branch performance.

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a sales and/or service-oriented environment required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• One to three years of experience in a customer-focused setting; banking experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask required.
• Demonstrated customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to utilize computer systems and banking technology efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, account maintenance, and other banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to help deepen customer relationships.
• Serve as a resource to branch team members by supporting daily operations and customer service initiatives.
• Assist with opening new accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, and servicing existing customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly while providing exceptional service and support.
• Support branch sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, security procedures, and internal policies.
