Job summary

Pioneer Animal Hospital in Leavenworth, KS seeks an experienced Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to guide our clinical team, elevate patient care, and support hospital growth. This role balances hands-on care with team leadership and staff development.

What You'll Do
  • Team Training & Mentorship- Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
  • Hospital Operations & Patient Care -Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Inventory Management
  • Marketing & Community Engagement -Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships
  • Safety & Compliance -Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols

Schedule and Compensation:

Compensation:$23-$26 per hour, for each hour worked

This is afull-timeposition, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday.NO WEEKENDS!

Full-Time Benefits Package*

  • Bonus Package:$2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Kansas.
