Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience supervising or supporting care teams.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, person-centred approach.
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope.
- Commitment to inclusivity, accountability, compassion and teamwork.
