Job summary

Clearway Pain is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing services. The role supports policy updates related to nursing functions and ensures high-quality patient care within a cohesive team.

You will mentor staff, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in safety and infection control initiatives. A strong clinical background with leadership and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in state or compact state; must be current.
• At least 3 years RN experience with 1 year in admin nursing; or equivalent.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Infection Preventionist certification required.
• Proficient with Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Mentor/train nursing staff and maintain team environment.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage documentation of surgical logs and facility reporting.
• Ensure equipment operation and maintenance; manage inventory and supplies.
• Oversee staffing levels and nursing schedule; fill vacancies as needed.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and quality programs.
