Job summary

Clearway Pain is looking for an ASC Manager to coordinate clinical functions across Ambulatory Surgery Centers. You will ensure staffing, supply ordering, and regulatory compliance while occasionally acting as a Registered Nurse in the facility.

The role emphasizes training, interdepartmental collaboration, and strict adherence to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations. A strong background in nursing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years OR experience or equivalent combination required.
• Current Florida RN licensure required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for rooms to meet procedural needs and patient safety.
• Oversee supply ordering and inventory for clinical needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FL ASC facilities standards.
• Train staff and provide clinical in-services as required.
• Fill in as RN as needed and support nursing leadership.
