Oakwood Village in Madison, WI seeks an Assisted Living RN to provide and coordinate nursing services, supervise CNAs, and ensure DHS 83 compliance. You will lead assessments, care plans, and collaboration with physicians to promote resident wellness and safety.

Responsibilities include training CNAs, updating MARs, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in department meetings. Availability for flexible hours and on-call rotation is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and eligible for Wisconsin RN registration.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for geriatric individuals.
• Preferred supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of quality nursing services to residents.
• Assess and monitor resident symptoms; coordinate with MDs and responsible parties; document as required.
• Provide training to CNAs on medication administration and care plans.
• Manage annual MAR changes and physician orders; ensure timely transcription.
• Participate in staff meetings and ensure compliance with DHS 83 regulations.
• Available for flexible hours and on-call rotations; weekend rotation as needed.
