Job summary

Oakwood is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin to provide and coordinate health monitoring and nursing services for residents, ensuring DHS 83 compliance. The role leads nursing and resident assistant staff, oversees assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

You will monitor regulations, document incidents, and support residents and families, while aligning with Oakwood's mission to serve

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Wisconsin RN registration or eligibility.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a senior living setting preferred.
• Proficiency with MS 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of quality care including ADL and wound care management.
• Provides supervision and education to Resident Assistants regarding medications and care plans.
• Maintains timely and accurate resident records and MAR/ISP documentation.
• Coordinates with physicians, pharmacists and families for resident care decisions.
• Oversees paperwork for psychotropic medications and safety incidents.
• Participates in committees and on-call coverage as needed.
