Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience, active Texas RDA registration, and prior lead responsibilities including training and accountability for other assistants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience; lead role preferred.
• Active Texas RDA registration and lead assistant experience with training others.
• Strong chairside skills across general dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures.
• Ability to manage clinical flow: room turnover, sterilization, supplies, lab cases, and keeping the doctor on schedule.
• Patient-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dental assisting team and ensure efficient clinic flow.
• Train and mentor junior assistants and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate room turnover, sterilization, and supply management.
• Support doctors to maintain schedule and patient experience.
