Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists, mentor staff, and optimize back-office operations. You will drive efficiency while delivering high-quality patient care and overseeing treatment flow.

The role reports to the Practice Manager and Regional Manager, with a Monday–Friday schedule at One Location - Family Smiles Granbury. Texas RDA license and 4–5+ years of experience are required; Digital x-rays and charting proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Texas issued RDA licensing required.
• 4-5+ years of dental assisting experience.
• Sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, and coronal polishing certifications preferred (courses provided).
• RCT, cord packing, denture adjustments, and crown seat experience.
• Experience with training team members and monitoring progress.
• Proficient in digital x-rays and digital charting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients, perform charting and verify codes.
• Capture quality x-ray images and assist dentists with procedures.
• Oversee back-office flow, sterilization, and room setup.
• Mentor and train new team members and externs.
• Discuss treatment options and post-care instructions.
• Manage patient flow and improve efficiency of visits.
• Monitor staff time management and adherence to HIPAA.
